Mines Douai and Telecom Lille merged on January 1, 2017, and created IMT Lille Douai, the first engineering school in the north of Paris. Their aim is to train the engineer of the future, generalist and digital expert.
Each year, IMT Lille Douai, a school of IMT and the University of Lille, will graduate more than 500 talented engineers, trained to anticipate economic and societal developments.
The IMT Lille Douai campus is located between Paris, London, Brussels and Amsterdam and participates in the influence of the European Metropolis of Lille, labeled French Tech.
IMT Lille Douai has a research center of nearly 18,000m² and two sites dedicated to teaching and research in Douai and Lille. The IMT Lille Douai campus provides its students with the means to reveal their talents: FabLab, the International and Cultural Center, incubator and much more.
IMT Lille Douai welcomes almost 30% of international students. Courses in English and summer universities guarantee their success. The training program, structured in 2 internationally recognized cycles (undergraduate and graduate studies), facilitates the professional integration of all IMT Lille Douai engineers abroad.
